Escondido is where we live and work. Our office is on West Valley Parkway, and from there it’s a short drive to just about any roof in town. This is North County Premier Roofing. We’re licensed, and we’ve been working on roofs around North County for more than 20 years.
Out here in the valley the sun is strong, summers get hot, and the Santa Ana winds blow hard most falls. We handle roof repair for leaks and loose shingles, and roof replacement when a roof has nothing left to give. We do residential roofing and commercial roofing, and after a big blow or a heavy rain we come out for storm damage repair too.

Most homes take one to three days. Bigger tile roofs take longer, and so does a roof where we find rotten wood once the old material comes off. You'll get a schedule from us before we start, and we'll tell you right away if anything changes.

First, stay off the roof. Then give us a call. If water is getting inside, we'll get the damaged spot covered and then look over the whole roof. We take photos as we go, and those come in handy if you decide to file an insurance claim.
